2. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR to handle attendance and partner enquiries and to organise and run Revenue Royale.
3. Forms and partners
Form data is used to review expressions of interest, communicate about the invitation process and plan the event. Where necessary for event organisation and relevant business connections, selected information may be shared with event partners. Any wider use requires separate consent.

- Netlify for hosting and form submissions
- Google Fonts for typography
- YouTube for the aftermovie, loaded only after an active click
- Google Calendar for external appointment booking
These providers may process data outside the EU and rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR.
5. Legal basis and retention
Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR. Data is retained only as long as required for these purposes or by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
