In particular, we process personal data to organize and carry out our events (e.g. Revenue Royale). This includes:

• Managing participant registrations

• Communication with participants

• Planning and implementation of events, workshops and side events

• Curating participants and targeted compilation of guest lists (“curated matching”)

• Improving our event formats

As part of our events, we collaborate with selected partners. In this context, it may be necessary to share certain participant data with partners, in particular:

• if partners act as table hosts

• if participants are selected for targeted conversations

• for organizational preparation of meetings and interactions

• Softr (provision of web applications and portals)

• Luma (event registration and ticketing)

• Google services (e.g. Google Sheets, email communication)

This may involve the processing of personal data on servers outside the European Union (e.g. USA). The providers use appropriate guarantees in accordance with Article 46 GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses) to ensure an appropriate level of data protection.

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient event organization and high-quality networking)
